Intercom Custom Chatbot
For this client, I implemented a custom Intercom bot chat flow within their SaaS platform, including tailored branding, an AI avatar named "Devon" (for Land Development), and personalized chat scripts. I configured diverse conversation flows for various scenarios, set up triage systems to streamline inquiry management, and integrated over 26 knowledge base articles to enhance the AI's ability to deliver accurate, comprehensive information to users.
End-to-End Chatbot and CRM Integration for Streamlined Support and Sales
This highlights the comprehensive nature of the work and focuses on the integration of systems for seamless operations across different teams.
- Configured complete chat flow, database, and chatbot personality
- Integrated chatbot with JIRA and HubSpot for seamless data visibility
- Enabled Intercom support transcripts within users' HubSpot contacts
- Implemented auto-assignment system based on chatflow triggers for sales or technical support

Automations for In-App Purchases
I developed advanced e-commerce automations for LandSUITE’s in-app purchases, working closely with engineers to integrate Stripe, HubSpot, and Intercom for a seamless user experience and efficient sales processes.
- Created 20 custom product properties linked to Stripe and API product IDs.
- Automated dynamic updates in HubSpot upon purchase of custom GIS Data reports, with instant sales team notifications.
- Set up automated JIRA ticket creation, assigning tasks to the appropriate project manager for timely report delivery.
- Enabled users to purchase custom reports or upgrade subscriptions directly through Intercom chat for a simplified purchasing experience.
- Centralized all transactional data in HubSpot, ensuring accuracy and efficient tracking of customer purchases.
RevOps Infrastructure and Automated Deal Management
At Land Intelligence, I led the development of a robust RevOps infrastructure, implementing complex automations to manage user deals from freemium to premium tiers and beyond. This setup utilized both native platform features and external integrations via Zapier.
Key components included:
- Creation of deal stages and columns specific to paid users, capturing Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) from subscription fees.
- Segmentation for users requesting demos or technical support.
- Automated workflows for tracking and nurturing inactive users, triggered by 30 days of inactivity through Lucky Orange integration.
- Separate columns for canceled users to monitor and manage churn.
Comprehensive Sales Operations System
I designed and implemented a multifaceted sales operations system for Land Intelligence, enabling their sales teams to effectively track user needs and capitalize on upselling opportunities during discovery and demo sessions. The system integrated a range of tools and workflows to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.

- HubSpot Playbook for consistent sales strategies
- Internal "Proposal Checklist" form with custom product IDs
- Custom quote templates for tailored proposals
- Automated deal creation workflows
- Real-time notifications for the sales team
- Auto-assignment of leads using a round-robin system
